Pair of top-10 finishes with Hoker Trucking Series in Iowa

Jesse hit the road over the holiday weekend and attended Super Late Model races at three tracks in the state of Iowa. (BA Photography)

Friday, at the Davenport Speedway in Davenport, IA, he qualified 9th, ran fourth in his heat race before winning the b-main and then working his way forward from his 18th starting spot in the night’s feature to cross the finish line with a tenth place run.

Saturday, at the Maquoketa Speedway, he qualified seventh, started and finished third in his heat race and then again, worked his way forward in the feature, racing from 13th up to finish 8th.

And Sunday night at the Dubuque Fairgrounds Speedway, he qualified 15th, ran seventh in his heat race before racing from 7th up to win the night’s b-main and then for the third night in a row, worked forward in the feature, starting 18th and crossing the finish line in 13th position.
